Linqing Bricks
Linqing is also known for its quality bricks. Almost all bricks used in Beijing’s Forbidden Palace Museum were made from Linqing. If you go to the Aotouji Tower, built at the intersection of two rivers, you will find many original bricks bearing Linqing seals at sections of the walls lower than 1 meter high.

The Jinyang Pass
Located in the center of Jinan, Daming Lake is one of the city’s most important natural and cultural landmarks. Every evening, old and young alike come out to stroll along the banks of the lake under the shade of willow trees. The lake is surrounded by a number of traditional Chinese structures such as bridges and pavilions, and is also famous for its many lotus blossoms, which bloom in the summer. Climb the Chaoran Tower on the eastern end of the lake for a sweeping view of the entire city.

Ancient Village
There is another cannot miss place called Ancient City Park . It is well known for a section of the city wall dated back 1000 years from Song Dynasty (960-1279). Location: Binzhou

Swan Lake
The best time to visit the Swan Lake is at sunset on a clear day. Check in with Mr. Ma Shi Min, China’s photo legend of swans, to share with you his story. Biking
Just around Floating Dragon (Fulong) Lake, it is southwest of Shanxian County. The lake is 21 sq km and 3.5 m deep. It is 4 times the size of China’s well-known West Lake at Hangzhou City. Bike routes around the lake are carefully mapped out by Heze Tourism Commission.

Peony-themed site seeing
From early-April to end-May, people all over China will gather in Heze to indulge themselves in the sea of peonies.
