Yanggu: Wusong Puching Tiger
The story “Punching Tiger by Wu Song” (wusongdahu) is literally the first saga that young mom will tell their sons upon their first comprehension. Liaocheng is proud to take the credit as the place this saga is generated.
The novel, Outlaws of Water Margin (aka Water Margin), is one of the top four Chinese classic novels. One of the main characters is Wu Song. He is known for his strength, eagerness to help the helpless, and courage after getting drunk. After learning that a tiger had killed the villagers, he had an instant urge of wanting to kill the tiger. What’s crazy is the main story happened in Yanggu, Liaocheng.
